I use only the finest materials including my lampwork beads, Swarovski crystals, gems and precious metals. Each design is exclusive and one of a kind. There is a lot of planning that goes into the design of a jewelry piece.
First of all ,you have to sketch out your design which is always built around the lampwork beads. I create my beads with the idea of color, shape and size. The colors can be analogous, monochromatic, complementary, etc. I tend to like the monochromatic colors...they go with quite a lot.
The shape and size of the beads are determined by what I am trying to accomplish in the design...an everday necklace or a real Show stopper. Once the lampwork beads are completed it is time to determine what accent beads would enhance them but not over power them....Swarovski crystals always add sparkle, whether dynamic or subtle. (Subtle...Swarovski...can I use that term with this beauty? ) Precious metals beads space the color in the design and gems are added for natural beauty and more value of the piece if desired.
Next comes ordering the materials for the piece which usually comes from more than one supplier and if something is out you can waitawhile for your back order to come in. So as you can see, there is alot of time, energy and love put into the jewelry pieces. Please take a closer look.....enjoy!
