Lampwork discs are very fun in jewelry designs. You can string them directly through the hole or you can lay them flat with the "side" of the disc showing so you can see the detail. There are many design possiblities with them. They can be large and used as focals or you can group them together for a dynamic "coin" look or you can use them as spacers in between other beads. Some have an ancient look and feel with various metallic powders or frits., others are grouped in cetain color schemes for the beach or possibly a gemtone look with amber and silver for example. I have made them with a rim of gold or silver, colorful frits and in all sizes, from the tiniest spacer to the larger single focal. I have also made latticino discs that take various handmade cane and layer each cane on top of the other to form a really interesting disc with some texture too. If you don't see it, just ask.
